The "hats" on these things have 3 small connection points and they crack/break too easily if rubbed up against. So as long as they aren't subject to outside forces (landscaper, dogs/wildlife, whatever) then they're a good value. I have 3 of 9 in my front yard with the hats tilted. And 1 that came off entirely. So I'm not going to replace them with the same product, as I don't want an ongoing replacement task.
